Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The exchange request must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
  * The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  * All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  * Exchange requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided on any purchases.

All sales are final. Customers may request an exchange according to our Exchange Policy, but refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
